Unable to start mysql docker container
I am new to docker and I tried to run a mysql container on my local environment, as per I followed all the steps and got a container running, I can see the entry in the docker ps -a command, here is the output of the command:

A Conservative councillor who was arrested over an alleged scam involving his local party has been given a suspended sentence.
Dean Clapp, who represents the Elmwood ward, was suspended from the party in November 2011.
He admitted stealing £30,000 from his local party at a court hearing.
Fulham magistrates heard he had been a party treasurer for nine years and embezzled more than £10,000 by writing cheques for fictitious subscriptions.
‘Let down’
Sentencing him at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, chairman of the bench Christian Howes said: “You let down your colleagues by taking advantage of their trust in you.”
Mr Clapp, of North East Road, west London, also admitted using his position to assist an unnamed employer, the court heard.
The 49-year-old was suspended from the party following his arrest.
In a statement he said: “I was arrested at the time of the most shocking events of the financial crisis and felt that it was better to take my punishment then to run the risk of being held back in my professional career for doing the job that I did best for years.”
His barrister John Ashby said the councillor had worked tirelessly on behalf of his constituents.
