The Lexmark Universal Driver is available in Lexmark Device Drivers for Windows and Lexmark Device Driver Manager, and it provides various configuration options for integrating with your other software packages. Applications such as Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Windows® Mail can be configured to print only to the printers and multi-function devices that are directly connected to the machine. The Lexmark Device Driver Manager simplifies installation of Lexmark drivers. After downloading the latest Lexmark drivers from the Lexmark® website, the driver manager automatically detects the operating system and downloaded drivers. The driver manager then installs the appropriate drivers into the Drivers folder on the computer. The Lexmark Device Driver Manager adds new capabilities to the Lexmark driver manager. To display the new features, click the Devices link. The Lexmark Device Driver Manager will display the installed Lexmark driver(s) and any updates or improved drivers. Click the update tab to manage your driver updates. New in driver manager is the ability to manage the local and network printers attached to your Windows 10 computer. You can create and manage new printers and print groups. You can also distribute printers, monitor print counts, print documents from any location with the connected computer, and print from documents that are stored on your computer or network.
