Where should I point my Path to in order to be able to get pictures with an Activity?

I am going to be looking for a picture of a celeb and I want to use my camera in order to take a picture of it. Once I have it I want to then call a function in the main activity so that I can set it as the background of my Activity. The problem is that when I am trying to do this I get the following error:
