Per the comments below, since you need to perform the find on the string, you’d need to do something like this:

The above gives you a string containing category=”… which is what you want, since it’ll use the regex to search for category=” and then continue into the next block of the string. Then you can do the find and replace on category. You can modify as necessary, obviously.
